Life sciences company, Instil Bio sets plans to build a new biotech manufacturing firm in Tarzana. If approved, the 102,000 square-foot laboratories and manufacturing plant would be used by the company to develop clinical-stage cell therapies to fight cancer. The company recently secured an $85-million loan to move forward on the project. Designed with an upswept roofline and glass windows segmented by standing pillars along the curb, the new manufacturing, lab, and office building is located a half block from the Metro Orange (G) Line busway at Reseda Boulevard.
