A lesson for everyone- you never know what someone is going through behind closed doors. Someone treating you harshly? Take a deep breathe, smile, listen & do your best. Never take it as a personal attack, you never know what that person is dealing with.
Dear Marc & Ken,
I want to take this opportunity to commend you on your ability to deal with the insane woman I have become throughout this process!!! You deserve to be knighted for your tolerance and patience with me. I realized today that the driving force behind my current state of “crazy” is the pain I am in right now.
In January my rheumatologist tried a new injectable for my Psoriatic Arthritis and I had a bad reaction and now I am not on anything…there is a new injection he is trying to get for me but as of yet he has been unable to get his hands on any. I’ve already been on 5 different forms of TNF inhibitors and they’ve all failed so I’m in excruciating pain and this causes pain, sleeplessness, anxiety and frustration that is uncontrollable.
I am sharing this with you not to excuse my bad behavior but rather to give you some insight into what I’ve been dealing with. I AM TRULY SORRY FOR BEING A TOTAL PAIN IN THE ASS AND BURDENING YOU WITH MY CURTAINS, VALANCE AND ANY OTHER ANNOYANCES!!! You are stand up guys and you’ve gone above and beyond for us and one thing I can assure you of is if we ever sell again… you’re hired!!!
