The Southland Regional Association of REALTORS has a new Grant Program aimed at homebuyers who purchase a home in the San Fernando Valley or Santa Clarita Valleys and do not exceed certain income limitations.
The program is designed to assist homebuyers who use an SRAR REALTOR® member through the close of escrow in the purchase of their home by offering a grant in the amount of $2,000. The grant will be issued upon successful close of escrow.
20 Grants at $2000 will be given.
